These Terms apply to artsrising.co and the public website content provided by Raven’s Eye, LLC, doing business as ArtsRising. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
Website and Service Scope
The website provides information about ArtsRising and its services for cultural organizations, nonprofits, professionals, and other mission-driven organizations. The public website does not currently provide an ArtsRising checkout, ticket, donation, recurring subscription, or payment form.
A client relationship is governed by the applicable proposal, agreement, statement of work, invoice, or other service-specific document. Those documents control if they conflict with these general website Terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or infringing material, or use automated means in a way that burdens the site or violates another person’s rights.
Intellectual Property
ArtsRising or the applicable rights holder owns or licenses the website text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, downloads, and other materials. You may view public pages and share ordinary links for personal or internal informational purposes. Other copying, modification, republication, distribution, sale, or commercial use requires permission or an applicable legal exception.
Submissions and Inquiries
You must have the right to provide information submitted through an inquiry, meeting, or email channel. ArtsRising may use a private submission as reasonably necessary to review it and respond to the request. ArtsRising does not obtain a public-content license merely because you send a private inquiry.
Third-Party Services
The website uses or links to independent services for hosting, analytics, CRM, scheduling, social content, or other functions. Their own terms and privacy notices govern the part of the service they independently provide.
Website Information
ArtsRising works to keep website information accurate but does not guarantee that every page is complete, current, or error-free. Services, availability, examples, personnel, and website content may change.
Disclaimer and Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated in a client agreement. ArtsRising is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the public website or an independent third-party service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law and Questions
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before starting a formal dispute concerning the website, contact ArtsRising at info@artsrising.co so the issue can be reviewed. A dispute arising from a client service agreement is governed by that agreement.
Changes to These Terms
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes to a client relationship will be made through the applicable service agreement or another authorized service-specific communication.
